Timestamp with Time Zone

Timestamp with Time Zone

从版本 10.0 开始，大多数转换都支持 Timestamp with Time Zone 数据类型。Timestamp with Time Zone 数据类型是 Timestamp 数据类型的一种变体，其中包含时区偏移或时区名称。
将 Timestamp with Time Zone 数据类型导入到 Developer tool 时，关联转换的数据类型为 timestampWithTZ。timestampWithTZ 的精度为 36 位数，小数位数为 9。Timestamp with Time Zone 置换值范围是 -12:00 < UTC < +14:00。
