When you use a remote machine, you need to set the environmental variables, JAVA_HOME and RULEPOINT_CMD_HOME on the remote machine. Copy the
rpcmd.zip
 file from the installation directory to a directory on your machine where you want to run the command, and then extract the contents of the
rpcmd.zip
 files.
