StandardizeInvalidAddresses

StandardizeInvalidAddresses

You can set the optional parameter
StandardizeInvalidAddresses
to specify whether
Informatica Address Verification
should standardize addresses that are not valid (
ProcessStatus
=
Ix
) .
You can set this parameter to either
true
or
false
. Alternatively, you can set this parameter to
1
or
0
instead of true or false, respectively. If you set this parameter to true,
Informatica Address Verification
standardizes the following address elements even when the address is not valid:
  • Street Types
  • Pre and Post Directional
  • Delivery Service Item
  • Sub-building descriptors
  • State/Province/Region (for example, California to CA)
Note that standardization of addresses can improve downstream business processes such as matching and de-duplication.
