Data Download on the Command Line Overview

You can use the command line to download reference databases for version 5.x and 6.x releases of Address Verification. Download the reference databases to the machine on which you installed the Database Download Manager client application. The application runs in the background and enables you to download the databases.

You select the databases to download by setting one or more command line options. If you do not set an option, the Download Manager uses the option value that the

config.properties

file specifies.

To download version 5.x of the reference database, set the V5 parameter on the command line. If you set V6 parameter on the command line, you can download version 6.x reference database. If you do not set any parameter on the command line, you will download 5.x reference database by default.
