Data Domain Scanner fails with OpenCSV parse error.

Spark Engine mappings with Google Big Query as the source and flat files as the target results in incorrect date, month, and time in the target data. This issue occurs for dates that are prior to the year 1900 and in Spark 3.0 or later and Scala 2.12 versions.
