Enable TLS 1.3

Update the ciphers for TLS 1.3.
If you update ciphers for a newly defined domain or an existing domain, complete the following steps:
  1. Shut down the domain.
  2. To update the domain ciphers, run the following command:
    ./infasetup.sh updateDomainCiphers -cwl -cbl
  3. To update the gateway node, run the following command:
    ./infasetup.sh updategatewaynode -cwl -cbl
  4. Restart the domain.
