Data Engineering Streaming Known Issues (10.5)

The following table describes known issues that were found in 10.5:

Issue	Description
IIS-5459	When you run a streaming mapping, cache refresh does not occur when the following conditions are true: Hive data is stored in either Optimized Row Columnar (ORC) or Parquet file format Refresh cache interval is set to 0
IIS-5430	On HDP, when you run a streaming mapping, cache refresh does not occur for managed table. Workaround : Use external tables instead of managed tables.
IIS-5219	Pushdown optimization fails when you run a streaming mapping that contains a Lookup transformation with filter transformation.
IIS-4973	When you run a streaming mapping with a Kafka source and Amazon S3 target on Amazon EMR version 5.29 secure cluster, rollover of the Amazon S3 target files fail with Access Denied error.
IIS-4946	When you run a streaming mapping with a Kafka source and Cassandra target, the Truncate Target Table option enabled in the Cassandra Advanced Properties window is not honored. Workaround : Use the truncate table command before running the mapping.
