Configuration for Azure Event Hubs

Before you create an Azure Event hub connection, verify the following prerequisites:

You must have a Microsoft Azure account with a minimum role of contributor.

Verify that you have an Active Directory application.

Verify that your Active Directory application has permissions for the following API and directory:

Windows Azure Service Management API

Windows Azure Active Directory

Verify that the Azure Active Directory application is added with a reader role to your Azure account subscription.

Verify that you have an EventHub Namespace.
