The notification message sent to a user when an item has been shared with them.
Variable
Description
recipientAddress
The email address for the recipient of the notification.
subject
The subject the Web User entered on the Share File or Folder page in the File Transfer Portal.
fileType
Determines the type of item shared, either File, file, or folder.
senderAddress
The email address of the user who shared the item.
invite
Determines if the recipient is a registered user.
message
The message the Web User entered on the Share File or Folder page in the File Transfer Portal.
url
The URL to access the shared item.
acceptURL
The URL a Web Users selects to accept the shared item. The shared item willl appear in the Web User's root Shared Drive directory.
denyURL
The URL a Web User selects to deny the shared item.
