The first step to running transfers against the

Managed File Transfer

HTTPS Server is to establish a connection to the server. The connection is made using the HTTPS (HTTP over SSL) protocol. Unlike FTP, there is no explicit connection step made to the server. Simply make a request to the Login URL and both the connection to the server and the login attempt are made.
