If a message was received with a Correlation Id (PO number concatenated with Partner ID) that was already used by the partner, an error will appear at the ST level and will be count in the report.

Overdue 997 by Customers (After Timed Out)
. This panel displays the top customers with the highest number of events waiting for the customer's 997 ACK for the selected timeframe and the selected event type. 'After Timed Out' indicates that the timeframe defined by the supplier for receiving ACK has passed. Use this panel to identify potential bottlenecks or other issues that might require further attention.
The same partner can potentially appear in the chart three times, each time for data on a different event type - 810, 855, 856. The chart tooltip shows the event type.
