POV - Positions and Values

Effective in the March 2022 update, POV - Positions and Values includes the following changes to the POV records:

Inherited Payout Timing Choice

Optional. The elected/applicable payout option indicates when disbursements will begin on an Inherited/Beneficiary policy.

The Inherited Payout Timing Choice field includes the following details:
Field Location: 171 - 171 (1 byte)
Type: Alphanumeric

If present, Inherited Payout Timing Choice field must include one of the following valid code list values:
0 - Unknown
1 - 5-year Deferral
2 - Life Expectancy
3 - 10-year Deferral

Prior Carrier Processing Location

Optional. This processing location is used to identify the correct location and processing attributes to the ceding policy.

The Prior Carrier Processing Location field includes the following details:
Field Location: 222 - 231 (10 bytes)
Type: Alphanumeric
