The option

Apply "Update else insert" to the PowerCenter workflow

is renamed to

Insert new rows and update remaining rows

. A new option is added,

Insert new rows and update changed rows

. When you select the new option,

Data Integration Hub

ignores unchanged rows. It inserts new rows and then updates changed rows that exist in the target. Updating only changed rows slows down system performance.
