Enter the subscription name.

Optionally, enter a description of the subscription.

Select the topic to which you want to subscribe and then click

Add Topic

Optionally, assign subscription permissions if the associated application is assigned with categories. Select one or more categories to which you want to assign permission to the subscription under

Available Categories

and click right arrow.
