Dashboard

Effective in version 10.4.1, the dashboard that uses the operational data store is deprecated. Informatica supports the dashboard that uses the operational data store in version 10.4.1, but intends to drop support in a future release.

Data Integration Hub

version 10.4.1 comes with a default dashboard that uses the

Data Integration Hub

metadata repository. Informatica recommends that you use the default dashboard.

The following table describes the behavioral differences between the dashboard using the metadata repository and the dashboard using the operational data store.

Action	Dashboard using metadata repository	Dashboard using operational data store
Installation	The dashboard is installed by default.	You must install the Dahboard and Report component listed in the Data Integration Hub installer.
License	License is not required.	Requires the logiXML license.
Database User	Creation of a new database user is not required.	You must create a new database user.
Configuration	Configuration not required.	Additional configuration is required. For more information, see the Data Integration Hub Installation and Configuration guide.
Reports	In the Event Distribution report, select the Error Events as the Event Status to view the Error Events Distribution report.	The Error Events Distribution report shows on a separate panel.
Customize tabs	You can not add customised tabs to the Dashboard.	You can add customized tabs to the Dashboard.
Time interval for data to refresh for the report	The reports display real-time data.	The data depends on the running ETL map.
