Installing the Security Policy Files

PowerExchange for Microsoft Dynamics CRM requires Java Cryptography Extension (JCE) unlimited strength jurisdiction policy files to support 256 bit strength encryption.
  1. For the client, copy the local_policy.jar and US_export_policy.jar from the following location:
    <Informatica Installation Directory>\clients\java\jre\lib\security\policy\unlimited
     to the following location:
    <Informatica Installation Directory>\clients\java\jre\lib\security
    .
  2. For the server, copy the local_policy.jar and US_export_policy.jar from the following location:
    <Informatica Installation Directory>\clients\java\jre\lib\security\policy\unlimited
     to the following location:
    <Informatica Installation Directory>/java/jre/lib/security
