Configuring an Amazon Redshift Connection

Configure an Amazon Redshift connection in the Workflow Manager to define the connection attributes that the PowerCenter Integration Services uses to connect to the Amazon Redshift database.
  1. In the Workflow Manager, click
    Connections
    Application
    .
    The
    Application Connection Browser
     dialog box appears.
  2. Click
    New
    .
    The
    Select Subtype
     dialog box appears.
  3. Select
    AmazonRSCloudAdapter
     and click
    OK
    .
    The
    Connection Object Definition
     dialog box appears.
  4. Enter a name for the Amazon Redshift connection.
  5. Enter the application properties for the connection.
  6. Enter the Amazon Redshift connection attributes.
  7. Click
    OK
    .
