Pushdown Optimization Configuration Tasks

You can implement pushdown optimization to improve the performance of a PowerCenter session that uses a Google BigQuery mapping. To configure a pushdown optimization in a Google BigQuery session, perform the following tasks:
  1. Import the Google BigQuery ODBC source table or tables.
  2. Create a Google BigQuery ODBC connection.
  3. Create a Google BigQuery mapping.
  4. Create a Google BigQuery session.
  5. Configure a session for full pushdown optimization.
