Enabling Kerberos for Hadoop Integration

To run mappings on a Kerberos-enabled cluster and view metadata from the Developer tool, perform configuration tasks in the Administrator tool and on each Developer tool machine.
Perform the following tasks:
  • Configure the Kerberos configuration file
  • Create user authentication artifacts
  • Configure Kerberos authentication properties for the Informatica domain
  • Import configuration files to each Developer tool machine
  • Generate a Kerberos credentials file for the Developer tool machine
