Use privileges to control the tasks that users can perform in a glossary.

The following table describes the privileges:

Privilege	Description
Assign Stewards	Assign a data steward to a Glossary asset.
Administer Users	Assign permissions and privileges to other users.
Add Comments	View or add comments.
Assign Stakeholders	Assign a stakeholder to a Glossary asset.
Manage Initiatives	Publish or reject Glossary assets that are part of a business initiative.
View Assets	View external asset links such as data assets and rule assets.
Import and Export	Import or export a glossary.
Create Drafts	Create draft versions of Glossary assets.
Edit Templates	Configure Glossary asset and business initiative templates.
View Drafts	View draft versions of Glossary assets.
Publish Glossary Assets	Publish a Glossary asset after the approval process.
