Worker Threads for MicroStrategy Resources

Worker Threads for MicroStrategy Resources

Effective in version 10.5.8, you can specify the number of worker threads that the Enterprise Data Catalog agent uses for asynchronous metadata extraction from a MicroStategy resource. Use the Worker Threads property on the resource to specify the number of threads.
Specify a positive integer to set a fixed number of threads. Leave the property empty to enable automatic calculation based on the JVM architecture and CPU cores. The property is empty by default.
You can either leave the field blank to enable automatic calculation based on the JVM architecture and CPU cores or specify a positive integer to set a fixed number of threads.
Set the number of threads based on the memory available to the Enterprise Data Catalog agent.
For more information about configuring worker threads for MicroStrategy, see the
Enterprise Data Catalog Scanner Configuration Guide
