In an Oracle Data Guard environment, the specified Oracle redo log file does not include the redo log thread number. As a result, the Extractor does not process the log file. This problem can occur if the Oracle standby instance was not configured correctly.
Verify that the Oracle standby instance is configured correctly and that Oracle specifies the redo log thread in log files. If the problem persists, contact Informatica Global Customer Support for assistance.
