abort task

Forces a running replication task to end. Use this command in urgent situations where you cannot wait for the task to complete normally.

Enter the command with either the task run ID or the task name and configuration name:

abort task run_id
abort task task_name configuration_name

The following short forms are acceptable:

at run_id
at task_name configuration_name

The following table describes the command parameters:

Parameter	Description
`run_id`	The unique execution identifier of the task.
`task_name`	The name of the task.
`configuration_name`	The name of the configuration that the running task is using.

The following command forces a task that has the run ID of 61 to end:

abort task 61
