Verify that the bos.rte.streams package is installed on your system. Data Replication requires this package to run the Server Manager. If the bos.rte.streams package is not installed on your system, download and install it manually. To install the bos.rte.streams package, run the following command from the directory to which you decompressed the package:

smit install_latest
