When you define the application for a retirement project, enable the Integrated Validation option. You must enable the option to run the validation with the retirement job. You must also enable the option if you want to run the validation independent of the retirement process, at a later time. You cannot use integrated validation on a retirement project that has already been run.
Complete the remainder of the steps required to run a retirement project, and then schedule the project to run. For more information, see the
After the retirement project completes, review the details of the validation. For each deviated table, you can select a status of accepted or rejected. If you select rejected for a deviated table, the job remains in a paused state. You can also place a deviated table on hold. When you select a status for a deviated table, you must provide a justification for the status.
After you review the validation, you can optionally generate a validation report. The validation report contains the details of each deviation, in addition to any status that you selected and justification that you entered.
