Enable Email Notifications Digest

With the Enable Email Notifications Digest option, you can get timely email alerts starting from the exact moment of activation based on the preferred notification frequency set.
Previously, the option was called Enable Email Notifications. You could incorrectly get email notifications from the past even before the exact moment of enabling the recent notification.
