If you upgrade from versions earlier than 10.2.2 to version 10.4.1 and the existing mappings were configured to create a header row in the target, after upgrade when you run the existing mappings, headers are not created in the target.

To generate the headers, you can import the target object again, enable the

Import column names from the first line

option, and run the mapping again.
