A domain can appear in the following statuses:
Available
The
CDI-PC domain
is registered and available.
Deregistered
Deregistration of the domain is complete. The domain might be started, but you can't log in to the Administrator tool, perform operations that require authentication, or run jobs in the domain.
Offline
Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services
can't connect to the domain. Appears in the following scenarios:
The
CDI-PC domain
is shut down.
There is no communication between
Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services
and the
CDI-PC domain
.
The Secure Agent is shut down. You can restart the agent to reestablish connection.
The domain registration status is unknown due to an error during registration or deregistration.
A domain update is in progress.
If a domain appears offline, you can try to reestablish a connection with the domain. If the status is offline because the domain is shut down, you first need to start the domain. After the domain is started, you can reestablish a connection with the domain. For information about reconciling domain status, see
Reconcile the status of a domain. If the domain is offline because an update is in progress, you can't reconcile the status. Wait for the update job to finish.
