Importing and running Data Quality mapplets in CDI-PC

Importing and running Data Quality mapplets in
CDI-PC

You can export mapplets and mapplet dependent objects from a PowerCenter import XML file using Informatica Developer (the Developer tool). You can then import the XML file into CDI-PC using CDI-PC Client.
The import XML file does not contain sessions or workflows, and it does not contain source and target connection information.
You can run the imported Data Quality mapplets in CDI-PC. However, you can't create Data Quality mapplets in CDI-PC.
Complete the following steps to run Data Quality mapplets in
CDI-PC
:
  1. Export the PowerCenter Data Processor transformation mapplets into an XML file using the Developer tool.
  2. Import the exported file into
    CDI-PC Client
    .
  3. Run the imported mapplets in
    CDI-PC
    .
