When the Dropbox server is down, the connector tries to contact the Dropbox server thrice. If the connection is still not successful, the following an error message appears:
“Could not connect to Dropbox system due to some issues”.
You cannot perform move or delete operations in the root directory of Dropbox.
When you download files of particular revisions from Dropbox, the Dropbox Connector downloads all the revisions of the other files present in the directory also.
When you upload a file that contains the same name as the file in Dropbox, the Secure Agent increments the file name. For example, the file cannot overwrite
ABCD.txt
. Instead another file
ABCD (1).txt
would be created.
When you download a file or a folder that is located in another folder in Dropbox, the root folder also gets downloaded.
