Before you write data to a Pinecone database, ensure that your Pinecone project includes a pre-created index with the correct dimensionality based on your vector embedding technique.
You can create either a serverless or pod-based index. The indexes can be hosted on cloud platforms such as Amazon, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
