Install or upgrade Informatica Connector Toolkit on Windows

Install or upgrade Informatica Connector Toolkit on Windows

The
Informatica Connector Toolkit
installs the
Informatica Connector Toolkit
Eclipse plug-in and other components that you require to build a connector.
  1. Close all other applications.
  2. Run the
    install.bat
    file from the root directory.
  3. On the
    Welcome
    page, click
    Next
    .
  4. On the
    Installation Prerequisites
    page, verify that you have installed the required versions of Eclipse and JDK that are compatible with Informatica Connector Toolkit, and then click
    Next
    .
  5. Select the installation directory in which you want to install or upgrade the
    Informatica Connector Toolkit
    .
  6. Select the Eclipse installation directory in which you want to install or upgrade the toolkit components.
  7. Select
    Install Apache log4j
    to install the log4j plug-in version that Informatica Connector Toolkit requires.
    The installer installs the required Apache log4j plug-in by default. If you have log4j plug-in installed and do not want to install a different version of the library, clear the
    Install Apache log4j
    option.
  8. Select
    Install Apache Commons library
    to install the commons library that Informatica Connector Toolkit requires.
  9. Click
    Next
    .
  10. In the
    Pre-Installation Summary
    page, click
    Install
    .
    The
    Installing
    page displays the installation progress.
  11. Click
    Done
    to complete the installation, and then exit the installer.
