Creating a security policy

Creating a security policy

Create a security policy to assign to APIs or operations. You can select one or more authentication methods to define the policy.
  1. On the
    Policies
    page, click
    Create Policy
    .
  2. In the
    Name
    field, enter a name for the policy.
    The policy name can contain up to 128 characters, including ASCII letters, digits, Japanese characters, and the following special characters:
    $ ( )[ ] . ? `
  3. From the
    Type
    list, select
    Authentication
    and then click
    Create
    .
  4. Optionally, in the
    Description
    field, enter a description.
    The description can contain up to 512 characters.
  5. In the
    Authentication
    area, select one or more authentication methods.
  6. Click
    Create
    .
    The security policy appears on the
    Policies
    page, under
    Security Policies
    .
