Editing a designed API

If you are assigned the Designer or Admin role, you can edit a designed API and redeploy the API at run time. You can't edit the

API Name

of the designed API.

On the

Explore

page, search for the designed API.

Click the

Actions

menu on the row of the designed API and select

Edit

Edit the designed API, and then click

Save

Publish the designed API.

The published API appears on the

Published APIs

tab in the

API Console

page.

You can create a managed API from the published API. For more information, see Creating a managed API.
