, you can quickly and easily create a process by describing a use case and
data flow in the conversation window.
CLAIRE
Copilot
guides you through the following high-level configuration steps:
Select an object.
Select a connection.
CLAIRE
Copilot
can create processes using the following connections:
Amazon Bedrock
Azure OpenAI
Coupa
Gemini
Jira
Marketo
Microsoft Dynamics 365
NetSuite
OpenAI
Salesforce
ServiceNow
Published service connectors
Review the generated summary of the
process. If it's correct, click
Yes
to create the process and
open it in the Process Designer.
If the process integrates two or more
applications, you might need to repeat steps 1 and 2.
CLAIRE
Copilot
generates and opens the process in the Process Designer. You can
finalize it by customizing the process or adding fields. Then, save, publish, and run
the process.
For best results, provide as much detail as possible in the first prompt that you submit.
If you don't provide all the required details that
CLAIRE
Copilot
needs to create a process in the first prompt,
CLAIRE
Copilot
asks you to provide them, such as the connections or objects. If
CLAIRE
Copilot
gives you a list of options for connections and objects to choose from,
you can enter the name or number of the list item. Otherwise, you can type of the name
of the connection or object in the prompt text box.
When
CLAIRE
Copilot
has enough information to create the process, it generates a brief
summary that you can review. You can continue making changes to the process in the
conversation window, or you can ask
CLAIRE
Copilot
to create it and open it.
After
CLAIRE
Copilot
opens the process, you can no longer edit the asset in the conversation
window, but you can continue to make edits manually.
