Step 1. Overriding the Standard Salesforce Contact Page

In Salesforce Classic, you can override the standard Salesforce Contact page to use the Informatica Data as a Service point of entry contact information validation. To configure access to the
CC360
Contact Visualforce page, you must configure the
New
button on the Contacts Home page.
  1. In the upper-right corner of the page, select your name, and click
    Setup
    .
  2. Under
    App Setup
    , select
    Customize
    Contacts
    Buttons, Links, and Actions
    .
    The
    Buttons, Links, and Actions: Contact
    page appears.
  3. In the
    Buttons, Links, and Actions
    table, select
    Edit
    in the
    New
    button row.
    The
    Override Standard Button or Link: New
    page appears.
  4. Enable
    Visualforce Page
    and select
    Contact Scout [DSE__DS_ContactScoutPage]
    from the drop down menu.
  5. Select
    Save
    .
