Post-Installation Tasks

After you complete the installation of CC360, you must perform the following tasks:
  1. Enable Lightning Experience.
  2. Perform initial synchronization.
If your organization uses Salesforce Shield Platform Encryption to encrypt fields, do not encrypt the Account Name and Contact Name fields because CC360 does not support encryption of the Account Name and Contact Name fields.
