Consolidating a Record in Salesforce Classic

Consolidating a Record in Salesforce Classic

The View Consolidated Information page displays the account information, the master record information, and the data sources. You can consolidate the record. After consolidation, the master record information is updated with the consolidated data.
  1. On the
    Accounts
    tab, select the account whose details you want to view.
    The account details page appears.
  2. Click
    Consolidated View
    .
    The
    View Consolidated Information
    page appears.
    The
    Data Sources
    section displays the fields of the records from all sources. Fields with the highest priority in the data source setting are highlighted.
  3. To filter the records displayed in the
    Data Sources
    section, select a data source. Default is
    ALL
    .
  4. Click
    Consolidate
    .
    The
    Consolidated Information
    section displays the consolidated record details.
