Flagging Duplicate Pairs as Unique

Review the duplicate pair of records. If the records are not a duplicate of each other, flag the duplicate pair as unique. If you do not flag the duplicate pair as unique,
Cloud MDM - Customer 360 for Salesforce

) merges them into a single record.
  1. Select the account, lead, or contact record that has a duplicate.
  2. In the record details page, verify that the two records are not a duplicate.
  3. Select the duplicate record check box, and then click
    No Duplicate
    .
