Configuring Field Sets

You canspecify the fields that you want to appear on the pages and in the sections of the
CC360
 user interface.
You can select the default configuration, edit the default configuration, or override a field set configuration with another field set configuration.
You can configure the following field sets:
  • Account field sets
  • Bean field sets
  • Contact field sets
  • Lead field sets
  • Master bean field sets
  • Opportunity field sets

Account Field Sets

The account fields sets represent the fields that are related to the account object.
You can configure the following account field sets:
Account Detail Fields
Account fields in the
Account Details
 section.
Person Account Search Fields
Person account fields on the person account
Search Criteria
 page.
Hierarchy Edit Search Fields
Fields on the
Search Criteria
 page when you search for records to add to a hierarchy.
Lead Convert Fields
