After you upgrade to the latest version of CC360, you must reset the Address Verification related settings for your organization, reset the Customer 360 settings for lead, and optionally, delete the null transaction entries in the EventQueue table.
After you upgrade CC360, perform the following tasks:
Reset the Address Verification related settings.
Optionally, delete the null transaction entries in the EventQueue table.
Reset Customer 360 settings for lead.
Import Merge Fields from Field Sets.
Import DaaS fields for geocoding and phone number verification.
