ssan3_connect

An optional function used to connect to an SSA-NAME3 Server through TCP/IP.

Out	Socket Handle	Refer to the section Common Parameters
In	Host	IP Address or Name of remote computer
In	Port	Port Number SSA-NAME3 is Listening on [default is 1665]
