lockmgr Utility

Effective in version 10.5, you can use the

del <process identifier>

parameter in the

lockmgr

utility instead of the

del <unique identifier>

parameter to delete the application locks. The

del <process identifier>

parameter deletes a lock for the process identifier that you specify.

Previously, the

lockmgr

utility used the

del <unique identifier>

parameter to delete a lock for the unique identifier that you had specified.
