Opening the Effective Periods View

Opening the Effective Periods View

Use the
Effective Periods
 view to investigate data with effective dates.
This view is available only if your administrator enabled the timeline feature.
To open a record in the
Effective Periods
 view, perform the following action:
  1. In a
    Search
     tab that displays the search results, select a record. Click
    Open
    .
    The record opens in the
    Data
     view.
  2. Click the
    Effective Periods
     icon.
    The
    Effective Periods
     view opens.
