Step 3. Configure Roles for a Workflow Trigger

The trigger that applies to events depends on the role of the user who performs the triggering action.
  1. Click
    Business Entity
    Tasks
    , and then select
    Triggers
    .
  2. Select the trigger.
  3. In the tree view panel, select
    Roles
    , and then click
    Create
    .
  4. In the properties panel, from the
    Role
     list, select the MDM Hub role.
  5. Click
    Apply
    .
  6. Optionally, configure additional roles.
