When a layout contains multiple business entity views and you copy a record, you must click Save in the view that you want to save. You cannot save multiple views.

You can delete a file attached to a business entity record only if no workflow triggers are configured for the update event for this business entity. If a workflow trigger is configured, the option to delete a file attachment is not available.

Some lookup fields do not appear as lookups in group transformations in the

xml2be

mappings. You have to manually update them to make them work.

In the Filter panel of the Search page, a lookup field filter appears as a text box instead of a drop-down list. For example, you cannot select the Florida state code from the State Cd drop-down list. You must type the code into the State Cd field.
