Download the service pack files

Download the service pack files

Informatica provides the service pack in .tar and .zip formats. Download one or more installer packages to install or roll back the service pack. After you download the service pack, extract the file contents. The service pack is available for the AIX, Linux, and Windows installations. The service pack is also available for Windows installation for the clients.
You can use any of the following service pack installers for Windows:
Informatica_MDM_10.5_HF2_SP1_FOR_WINDOWS - Full Installer
Full installer contains Informatica Data Director packages (Deprecated). Use Informatica_MDM_10.5_HF2_SP1_FOR_WINDOWS installer for upgrade if you have previously installed Informatica Data Director.
Informatica_MDM_10.5_HF2_SP1_FOR_STD_WINDOWS - Standard Installer
Standard Installer does not contain zds-gui.war packages. Use Informatica_MDM_10.5_HF2_SP1_FOR_STD_WINDOWS installer for upgrade if you have previously installed Entity 360 without Informatica Data Director.
You can any of the following service pack installers for AIX:

The following packages are common to the service pack installations and can be used for all operating systems:
Informatica_MDM_10.5_HF2_SP1_PRE_UPGRADE_UTIL - Pre upgrade utility
Choose to update the pre validation utility before you run the upgrade installer.
Informatica_MDM_10.5_HF2_SP1_SILENT_INSTALL - Silent install properties
Choose to update the silent properties to run the mrmcleanse, mrmresourcekit, and mrmserver.
Informatica_MDM_10.5_HF2_SP1_DATABASE_FILES - Database files
Contains the database utility and property files for IBM DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle that updates the MDM Hub server.
Informatica_MDM_10.5_HF2_SP1_ZDT- ZDT files
Zero Downtime (ZDT) utility contains the SQL scripts to download on the source system and target system that updates the Operational Reference Store. In addition to the SQL scripts, the ZDT utility contains Informatica environment variables.
