When you open, share, or refresh the required bookmark in the

Data Director

user interface, the bookmark capability allows you to remain on the same page. Bookmark prevents you from redirecting to the home page provided that you have the required user access and the URL is valid.

Similar to the bookmark of any other browser-based application, you can launch the

Data Director

user interface and choose to select the star or bookmark icon in the address bar to save the bookmark with an easily identifiable name.

You can bookmark several

Data Director

user interface sections and tabs, such as Business Entity views, Layouts, Matching Records, Network, Hierarchy, Job Monitor, Task Manager, additional custom pages, File import, AdHoc match, and drafts.

When you bookmark the search page, the bookmark appears for the search query used. After you open the bookmark, you can run the search query to view the search results again.

You can share the bookmark in the Task Manager and its associated tabs. You can choose to include bookmarks in the notification emails from the Task Manager.
