Recommendations for the MDM Servers

The following table lists the recommendations for the Hub Server, the Process Server and the Elasticsearch servers:

Parameter	Recommended Setting	Description
Ping or tracert (Trace Route)	Response latency must be less than 10 milliseconds.	Run a ping or tracert to the MDM Hub Server or the Process Server from the client box or the Hub Server box. If applicable, repeat this step for the following boxes: All nodes in a cluster All Elasticsearch server nodes Load balancer Web server
Environment sharing	The application server and the Elasticsearch server must run on their own dedicated server machines without having any additional products, such as Informatica platform, on the same machine.	Each additional level of sharing affects the performance.
