You can replace user exits that perform the following tasks:
  • Cleanse data by using an external service
  • Validate data by using an external service, and return custom messages
  • Run custom logic when a service reaches a specified event
The business entity services and service phases are

 the same as the operations and entry points that are used to define user exits. Review the list of service phases to determine if they meet your needs.
